  • Climate: The climate is sub-tropical; mild temperatures in winter, spring and autumn, but particularly hot and humid from late May to October.
  • Transport: Bermuda has good transport system of buses and ferries. The system is convenient, usually air conditioned and relatively inexpensive. For those not wanting to follow schedules, motorcycles and bicycles are available to hire.
  • Best time to travel: In March and April the weather becomes pleasant for beach bathing; not necessarily warm enough for swimming yet, but prices are low. May to October is peak beach season and for accommodation in some places means booking months in advance.
  • What to wear: It is sunny and hot year round — smart casual clothes in lightweight natural fabrics will work well.
